Not just your ordinary children’s art

A photo exhibition “Miracles of Everyday Life or Ordinary Things Seen Through the Eyes of Children” was held from December 27, 2005 through January 10th of this year at the Armenian Museum of Children’s Art. This photo exhibition was organized by Civil Society Institute NGO within the frameworks of the “Civil Society Network” program and through the financial support of USAID. Photos in the exhibition were selected from a series of “master’s classes” which were organized in the communities of Berd, Chambarak, Verin Karmir Aghbjur and Vahan.
The students who took these pictures ranged from the ages of 11-17 years old. Featured below are some of these pictures which won awards and were featured at the Children’s Museum. As you will see, they are “not just your ordinary children’s art.”
